Buscamos un
Field Service Engineer / Ingeniero de Servicios
que entregue un servicio técnico de alto nivel, garantizando el buen funcionamiento de nuestras máquinas y una excelente experiencia para nuestros clientes.

Este rol requiere una actitud proactiva, pensamiento crítico, iniciativa y compromiso con la entrega, instalación y mantenimiento continuo de nuestras soluciones.

El perfil ideal combina conocimientos en operación de maquinaria, electricidad, mecánica, electrónica, informática y montaje industrial.

Será responsable desde la instalación hasta el mantenimiento preventivo, asegurando el máximo rendimiento de los equipos.

Además, trabajará en conjunto con colegas y clientes, promoviendo prácticas seguras y de calidad, en línea con los estándares globales de TOMRA.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas según expectativas del cliente.

  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas mecánicos, eléctricos o de desempeño en terreno.

  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo (antes y después de temporada).

  • Ejecutar desmontaje e instalación de componentes como ejes, motores, bandas y rodamientos.

  • Colaborar con ingeniería o I+D para mejorar procedimientos e instrucciones técnicas.

  • Informar a liderazgo comercial sobre oportunidades de negocio o necesidades de seguimiento.

  • Participar activamente en mejoras continuas.

  • Usar y mantener adecuadamente herramientas y equipos de la empresa.

  • Apoyar la formación de nuevos Técnicos de Servicios, según se requiera

Atención al cliente

  • Atender o escalar reclamos de clientes de forma clara, profesional y oportuna.

  • Colaborar con equipos internos para completar proyectos de forma exitosa (test, mejoras, actualizaciones, etc.).

  • Representar la voz del cliente, compartiendo feedback desde terreno con equipos internos (I+D, ventas, liderazgo).

  • Realizar capacitaciones técnicas a clientes cuando sea necesario.

  • Realizar todas las tareas con enfoque en seguridad propia y de terceros.

Requisitos

  • Formación deseada: Ingeneriá o Técnico en Automatización y Robótica, Mecatrónica, Electricidad Industrial, Electricidad, Electrónica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecánica u otros.

  • 0-2 años de experiencia.

  • Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.

  • Idealmente con certificación SEC A o B (deseable, no excluyente).

  • Deseable: nivel de inglés básico.

  • Capacidad para interpretar manuales y esquemas técnicos.

  • Buen nivel de análisis, enfoque en el cliente y habilidades para resolver problemas.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente y/o reubicarse.

Condiciones adicionales

  • Capacidad para trabajar en espacios reducidos y condiciones físicas exigentes (agacharse, levantar peso, etc.).

  • Manejo de temperaturas extremas (frío/calor) en faenas, plantas o exteriores.

  • Posibilidad de realizar horas extra según requerimientos.

  • Disponibilidad para obtener pasaporte vigente y viajar al extranjero.

  • No presentar alergias alimentarias que impidan trabajar cerca de alimentos, frutos secos, frutas o verduras.
