Responsibilities
- Manage complex schedules and Gmails:
Coordinate meetings across time zones and proactively resolve conflicts to keep calendars running smoothly, and efective email managment.
- Coordinate projects:
Develop and monitor timelines, track key tasks, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate communication:
Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and teams; draft and respond to emails; ensure clarity and meet deadlines.
- Execute administrative tasks:
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations; maintain digital filing systems; manage data entry with precision.
- Track metrics and report:
Collect and analyse data, compile reports, and create presentations that support executive decision‑making.
- Personal Task of the client.
- Arrange travel and logistics: Book flights, lodging, and transportation; prepare itineraries; handle last‑minute changes efficiently.
Qualifications & Work Environment
- Experience:
Minimum of two years in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Technical proficiency:
Strong command of Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, Trello, and spreadsheet knowledge may be required.
- Communication skills:
Excellent English (written and verbal) at C1-C2 level; Spanish/English bilingualism is a plus.
- Organization & multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

- Remote readiness and computer:
Able to work remotely with clients primarily in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone and maintain a reliable high‑speed internet connection.

Work Conditions & Benefits
- Contract type:

- Schedule:
Full‑time (40 hours per week), commonly Monday through Friday.
Standard office hours align with U.S. business hours (primarily CST); some flexibility may be needed based on client needs.
- Compensation:
USD $1000–$1200 per month, with potential for performance‑based bonuses depending on the client and length of service.
- Paid time off:
Often includes Peruvian holidays and paid vacation days, depending on the client.
- Remote work:
Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection; we value results over strict hours while emphasising accountability and reliability.
