Job description

*MISIÓN *
Desarrollar y ejecutar los planes de acción de la Red de Oficinas asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, clima laboral y experiencia del cliente en coordinación con los socios estratégicos del negocio con el objetivo de cumplir las metas asignadas a la Red de Oficinas.

*PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES *

  • Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en la segmentación, analizando el comportamiento y los criterios definidos en el segmento de persona natural y persona jurídica con el objetivo de brindar una correcta comercialización de los productos que aseguren la entrega de la Oferta Valor a los clientes.

  • Diseño y seguimiento en la gestión de campañas Evolution (Salesforce), realizando las capacitaciones y acompañamiento por zona y ejecutivos, asegurando el uso correcto de las diversas funcionalidades así como el despliegue y actualización de la herramienta en coordinación con el área de Bussines Analitycs.

  • Cuantificar tiempos y recursos necesarios (presupuesto) para la implementación de los planes de acción definidos y siendo aliadas de productos y/o procesos para la coordinación y lanzamiento de campañas mensuales.

  • Desarrollar el comité mensual con zonas para revisar el desempeño en efectividad de campañas Evolution y refuerzo en funcionalidades.

    Además de refuerzos comerciales y de venta que se requiera.

  • Definir métricas y objetivos para la medición de la gestión: ingresos, nuevos clientes, índice de venta cruzada y establecer las disciplinas de gestión comercial en mantenimiento y onboarding de clientes
  • Levantar información en las Oficinas, Convenciones y Entrevistas con los colaboradores para mejorar procesos de venta, comercialización y abordaje en la Red Comercial, coordinando su ejecución con las áreas correspondientes.

  • Coordinar la ejecución de las soluciones diseñadas por GDP en Aprendizaje, Entrenamiento, Capacitación y Sistemas de Comunicación para la Red de Oficinas que correspondan a la planificación anual.

  • Responsables de la ejecución de campañas de activación y retos comerciales para la Red de Oficinas.

    Además de la ejecución de los eventos de Reconocimiento, Integración y comunicación dirigida para cada posición desde GO hasta RSC con alcance nacional.

  • Despliegue de modelos de atención (servir), modelo de venta consultiva (segmentos) y modelo de venta transaccional (arribos).

    Supervisar y acompañamiento de pilotos comerciales para la activación de campañas por cluster de oficinas, tipo de clientes, arribos, etc.

  • Cumplir con las demás funciones que le asigne su jefatura, dentro del ámbito de su competencia.
