Enterprise Systems Manager
Position Objective:
Manage the lifecycle and support of enterprise systems, including solutions implemented in Azure such as chatbots, artificial intelligence initiatives, cloud applications, development in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), document management platforms, and websites.
The role will be responsible for identifying needs, managing projects and incidents, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring compliance with IM procedures and standards.
Main Responsibilities
Initiative and Project Management
Identify and analyze needs with user areas (Legal, Discovery, Human Resources, Local Legal Department, Corporate Affairs, Internal Control, among others).
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (local and global IM teams, vendors, user areas).
Operational Support and Management
Manage incidents and requests: logging, prioritization, tracking, and closure.
Coordinate with vendors for problem resolution and improvement development.
Internal Control and Compliance
Ensure all initiatives comply with IM corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
Reporting and Communication
Prepare progress reports, metrics, and application status updates.
