Engineering Sales Specialist Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Adistec

DEL PUESTO

Es responsable de identificar las necesidades de los canales y brindar soporte técnico para la oferta de productos, trabajando de la mano del equipo comercial y contribuyendo en el cierre de negocios de la región asignada.

Responsabilidades

  • Brindar apoyo al equipo comercial en las funciones de preventa requeridas, contribuyendo a las propuestas, negociaciones y cierre de negocios.

  • Identificar las necesidades actuales y futuras de atención al cliente mediante el establecimiento de una buena relación personal con los clientes potenciales y reales y otras personas en condiciones de comprender los requisitos de servicio.

  • Proporciona información técnica y de ingeniería sobre productos, servicios y/o equipo de las distintas soluciones a cargo; respondiendo a preguntas y peticiones técnicas de sus compañeros comerciales, canal o del cliente.

  • Realizar presentaciones en eventos, suministrando información técnica, resolviendo inquietudes del cliente, realizando dimensionamiento, pruebas de concepto y apoyo técnico.

  • Contribuir en la formación y desarrollo del cliente, proporcionando información técnica, realizando capacitaciones, workshops técnicos, webinars y demás recursos para avanzar técnicamente en los programas de canales de las líneas asignadas.

  • Capacitar al personal técnico y comercial por medio de talleres/charlas de soluciones de nuestros fabricantes.

  • Determinar mejoras mediante el análisis de la relación costo-beneficio de equipos, suministros o aplicaciones de servicio en el entorno del cliente.

  • Contribuir al equipo comercial respecto a las nuevas tecnologías, soluciones y tendencias.

  • Mantener su conocimiento profesional y técnico, asistiendo a talleres educativos y realizando las certificaciones técnicas requeridas por el programa de mayoristas en las líneas asignadas.

  • Diseñar la arquitectura global de una solución técnica adecuada para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.

  • Realizar pruebas de concepto o demostraciones en que caso de ser requerido ante una oportunidad debidamente registrada y acordado su presupuesto con el equipo comercial.

  • Preparar informes de ingeniería de ventas mediante la recopilación, análisis y resumen de información de ventas, tendencias de ingeniería y aplicaciones.

  • Contribuir a la efectividad de la ingeniería de ventas mediante la identificación de problemas a corto y largo plazo que deban abordarse; suministrar información, recomendaciones, proponer cursos de acción y directivas de implementación.

  • Nota: La posición puede realizar otros proyectos o tareas diversas según lo solicitado o asignado

PERFIL DEL PUESTO

Educación

  • Universitario Graduado de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Redes, Informática, Telecomunicaciones,o carreras afines

Experiencia

  • Entre 1 a 3 años en posiciones similares, en diseño de soluciones de ciberseguridad como Fortinet.

Conocimientos

  • ERPs (Preferentemente)
  • Microsoft Office, Sistemas en general,conocimiento de software y hardware de equipos de cómputo

Idiomas
