Profesional o técnico en Ingeniería Biomédica, Administración o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gerencia/jefatura de repuestos y/o servicios, supervisando equipos de trabajo.
Procedencia obligatoria de empresas comercializadoras y/o distribuidoras de equipos médicos.
Experiencia en ventas consultivas B2B de accesorios y equipos biomédicos.
Conocimiento en licitaciones y ventas al sector público.
Experiencia en técnicas de ventas y negociación.
Conocimiento de equipos biomédicos.
Experiencia en prospección, captación, fidelización de clientes y cierre de ventas.
Manejo de sistemas informáticos.
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Cumplir y superar la cuota de ventas.
Planificar la gestión de ventas: prospección, seguimiento, negociación y cierre.
Mantener agenda organizada de visitas a clientes y potenciales clientes.
Investigar productos de la competencia y servicio postventa.
Realizar presentaciones, demostraciones y gestión de ventas de equipos/productos.
Identificar necesidades de clientes y configurar soluciones biomédicas.
Registrar información y data en el CRM de la empresa.
Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Mapear y conocer a los actores del mercado salud (clínicas y hospitales públicos y privados).
Participar en reuniones con jefatura.
