Ejecutivo/a de Ventas

.

Buscamos:

● Profesionales o técnicos en Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica, Mecánica o carreras afines

● Experiencia en ventas B2B (preferentemente en paneles, equipos o instalaciones frigoríficas)

● Conocimiento del mercado de puertas industriales
(se valora experiencia en el sector frigorífico)

● Dominio de técnicas comerciales (venta, negociación, prospección, gestión de cobros)

● Conocimiento del proceso de producción y del producto (deseable)

● Se valora contar con vehículo propio (el rol implica visitas a clientes)

● Disponibilidad para desplazarse a diferentes zonas y clientes

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

● Trabaja desde donde quieras y realiza visitas presenciales a los clientes de L-V de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

● Sueldo fijo: S/.

1,900 brutos mensuales

● Comisiones: 1% de las ventas hasta USD 120,000/mes (máx.

1,200 USD) y 2% sobre el exceso de ganancias

● Planilla completa: CTS, gratificaciones, Essalud, vacaciones y más

● Movilidad bonificada: USD 0.20/km para uso de tu vehículo (opcional)

● Línea de carrera y capacitación continua, tanto en Perú como internacional

Representar oficialmente a la empresa española en Perú, abriendo y gestionando el mercado entre clientes industriales de los sectores frío, alimentación, logística y agroindustria.
