Nuestro principal proyecto es Ditto: una red de casas tiny, modernas e inteligentes en el Perú, con sedes en Paracas y Punta Negra y próximas aperturas en Cusco e Ica.

Funciones
● Responder mensajes en WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Airbnb, Booking y correo.
● Acompañar a los huéspedes en todas las etapas: pre, durante y post-estadía.
● Enviar welcome book, normas y coordinar detalles de check-in.
● Incentivar reseñas en Airbnb y Google Maps.
● Mantener organizadas las reservas y sincronizados los calendarios en todas las plataformas.
● Elaborar reportes semanales con leads atendidos, reservas confirmadas y reseñas obtenidas.
● Apoyar en la organización y seguimiento de tareas operativas y administrativas.
● Colaborar en la coordinación de proveedores y búsqueda de cotizaciones para proyectos internos.
Requisitos
● Egresado/a o estudiante de últimos ciclos en Turismo, Administración, Comunicaciones o afines.
● Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
● Persona responsable, organizada y proactiva.
● Experiencia en atención al cliente (turismo, hotelería o call center deseable).
● Inglés básico-intermedio (deseable).
● Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y bajo modalidad remota.
Condiciones de trabajo
● Modalidad remota (con disponibilidad diaria para responder rápido).
● Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, en planilla bajo Rentacap.
● Reporte semanal a la dirección.
