Operador Logístico Internacional con más de 30 años en el mercado está en la búsqueda de un
Ejecutivo Senior de Customer Service
.

Requisitos
:

  • Egresado de las carreras de Comercio Internacional o Administración de Negocios Internacionales.

  • Experiencia en empresas de transporte internacional y/o afines.

  • 05 años de experiencia comprobada en puestos relacionados al servicio al cliente para Agentes de Carga Internacional u Operadores Logísticos.

Funciones
:

  • Atención y trato directo con los clientes en lo referente a sus importaciones y exportaciones, marítimas y aéreas.

  • Información y envío de estatus de las cargas a los clientes y seguimiento de las cargas.

  • Coordinación de las exportaciones e importaciones Marítimas y Aéreas
  • Seguimiento de las cargas una vez embarcadas en comunicación con nuestros agentes/oficinas en origen, aerolíneas y navieras.

  • Coordinación de los embarques o despachos, así como también con los agentes de carga (en caso de co-loaders), agentes de aduana, almacenes y agentes portuarios, transporte y agentes en el extranjero; para el desarrollo eficiente de la consolidación de las cargas (LCL), así como de cargas exclusivas (FCL).

  • Cierre de file, costo/venta/liquidación.
