Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en reclutamiento, ventas o desarrollo de equipos.

  • Estudios en psicología, administración, marketing o comunicación (deseable).

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Manejo de redes sociales y herramientas digitales (LinkedIn, Canva, Google Drive, etc.).

  • Perfil proactivo, empático y con mentalidad de crecimiento.
