Ejecutivo de Atención al Cliente - Banco Falabella
Descripción del puesto:
Buscamos un Ejecutivo de Atención al Cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo de Banco Falabella.

El rol principal es atender las solicitudes de los clientes a través del canal de voz, brindando un servicio de excelencia, respondiendo a sus necesidades y siguiendo los protocolos establecidos.

Con el tiempo y la experiencia, existe la posibilidad de pasar a atender canales digitales según la necesidad de la operación.

Requisitos y Responsabilidades

  • Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes.

  • Resolver dudas, consultas y problemas de manera eficiente y cordial.

  • Mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.

  • Cumplir con los indicadores de gestión y asistencia establecidos.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a sábado.

Detalles De La Oferta
Sueldo
: S/ 1,300.

Variable por asistencia e indicadores:
S/.

500 (tarjeta de alimentos o cuenta sueldo).

Jornada laboral:
48 horas semanales + refrigerio diario.

Horario:
Lunes a viernes de 07:00 a 19:00, sábados de 07:00 a 15:00.

Modalidad:
Presencial, en Av. Garcilaso de la Vega 1337, Centro Cívico.

Descanso:
Un día a la semana (domingo).

Capacitación y Desarrollo
Capacitación:
Presencial en Jr. Camaná 678, Cercado de Lima.

Línea de carrera:
