EJECUTIVO COMERCIAL B2B
para nuestro cliente,
Grupo SP,
es un holding de empresas relacionadas a marketing, entretenimiento, tecnología, consultoría y retail.

Esta posición estará enfocada en su
negocio retail de entretenimiento
que incluye
Supernova
, parque de diversiones con temática espacial que ofrece una variedad de atracciones para niños y adultos, como piscinas de espuma, trampolines, canchas de baloncesto y Dodge Ball, así como
Infinity Gaming Center
, centro de entretenimiento de videojuegos y deportes electrónicos, considerado el más grande de Latinoamérica.

Propósito:

Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones comerciales con empresas grandes, especialmente con Gerentes de Recursos Humanos y Marketing, para ofrecer los espacios recreativos como solución para eventos corporativos, celebraciones de fin de año, actividades de integración y otras festividades empresariales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar la estrategia Comercial y de Marketing para atraer clientes.

  • Identificar y contactar a tomadores de decisiones en áreas de RRHH, Marketing y agencias de eventos para ofrecer los espacios y servicios de entretenimiento.

  • Gestionar alianzas estratégicas con empresas para la realización de eventos masivos.

  • Promocionar los espacios recreativos con capacidad para más de 300 personas.

  • Prospectar activamente nuevos clientes a través de LinkedIn y otras plataformas.

  • Desarrollar propuestas comerciales para los eventos solicitados por los clientes.

  • Mantener comunicación efectiva y profesional con clientes potenciales.

  • Elaborar y enviar reportes mensuales de gestión comercial.

  • Coordinar con el equipo de operaciones y B2C para una ejecución efectiva de los eventos.


Requisitos:

  • Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Gestión Comercial, Comunicaciones, Psicología Organizacional o afines.

  • 2-3 años de experiencia previa en ventas B2B o en roles comerciales similares, vendiendo a áreas de Recursos Humanos o Marketing en empresas medianas y grandes.

  • Dominio de herramientas de prospección como LinkedIn.
  • Habilidad para contactar y abordar clientes de alto nivel.

  • Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas de reporte.

  • Excelente trato interpersonal, comunicación a todo nivel y orientación a resultados.

  • Interés por aprender y asumir desafíos con proactividad.


Condiciones:

  • Contrato: Indefinido.

  • Jornada: Tiempo completo.

  • Modalidad: Híbrida.

  • Presencial en oficina (Magdalena) los lunes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
  • Resto de la semana en tiendas y/o en modalidad remota según necesidad.
