Job description

Por encargo de un prestigioso startup del sector financiero – Fintech, estamos en la búsqueda de un ejecutivo comercial de inversiones.

El ejecutivo será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes a través de la adquisición de nuevos inversionistas y la consolidación de relaciones de largo plazo, ofreciendo asesoría financiera personalizada y confiable que fomente la fidelización y reinversión, contribuyendo al logro de las metas comerciales y al desarrollo financiero de los clientes.

Funciones

1.
Crecimiento de cartera:
captar nuevos inversionistas y consolidar relaciones con clientes recurrentes de tu cartera.

2.
Asesoría personalizada:
guiar a los clientes en sus decisiones de inversión con información clara y confiable sobre el fondo.

3.
Cumplimiento de metas:
alcanzar los objetivos de ventas mensuales y trimestrales definidos.

4.R
elaciones a largo plazo:
fomentar la fidelización y reinversión de los clientes actuales de tu cartera.

sobre las responsabilidades clave:

· Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, seguimiento, presentación, negociación y cierre.

· Asesorar a clientes sobre los fondos y productos de inversión de la empresa, explicando riesgos y beneficios.

· Organizar reuniones presenciales y virtuales con clientes para fortalecer vínculos.

· Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para retroalimentar sobre la calidad de los leads

· Mantener actualizada la base de datos comercial en CRM y ser responsable por el orden y control de su cartera.

· Participar en eventos, charlas y activaciones comerciales representando a la empresa.

· Cumplir con los KPIS de ventas, satisfacción del cliente y reinversión.

Requisitos

· Bachiller o título en marketing, administración, ingeniería industrial, economía, finanzas o afines.

· Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas consultivas, preferiblemente en banca, seguros, AFP, Fintech o inversiones.

· Habilidades de comunicación y negociación de alto nivel.

· Capacidad de explicar conceptos complejos de manera didáctica, clara y sencilla.

· Perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados y con vocación por ayudar a las personas a crecer financieramente.

· Interés genuino en el mundo de las finanzas personales, inversiones y Fintech.

Remuneración y modalidad

· Remuneración mensual: s/.

3,000 + comisiones

· Otros beneficios: capacitaciones continuas, oportunidades de crecimiento y participación en eventos financieros

· Modalidad de trabajo: presencial (Lima, Perú)

· Horario de trabajo: lunes a viernes, jornada completa
