Como
Especialista de Soporte al Cliente y Programación
, serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros clientes y una parte clave del equipo .

Tus responsabilidades principales incluyen manejar llamadas entrantes, reservar citas, coordinar los horarios de los técnicos y respaldar la satisfacción del cliente a través de un servicio eficiente.

Cuando haya menos tareas de servicio al cliente que gestionar, ayudarás con responsabilidades administrativas para mantener las operaciones diarias en marcha.

Este es un rol
totalmente remoto
que requiere sólidas habilidades de comunicación y organización, atención al detalle y comodidad con el uso de múltiples herramientas de software, incluyendo
Clarity Voice VoIP
para el manejo de llamadas,
ServiceTitan
para la programación y documentación, y
Microsoft Office
(especialmente Outlook y Planner) para tareas administrativas.

Los candidatos deben estar listos para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar múltiples responsabilidades en un entorno enfocado en el servicio.

Responsabilidades Clave
Servicio al Cliente y Despacho:

  • Atención Telefónica Profesional:
    Recibir llamadas entrantes de manera profesional utilizando Clarity Voice VoIP.

  • Programación y Asignación de Citas:
    Programar citas de servicio y asignar llamadas a los técnicos en ServiceTitan.

  • Despacho de Llamadas:
    Despachar llamadas programadas de mantenimiento, servicio y ventas en ServiceTitan.

  • Seguimiento de Consultas:
    Devolver llamadas a clientes y responder a consultas o quejas de servicio utilizando Clarity Voice VoIP.

  • Gestión de Órdenes de Trabajo:
    Completar y actualizar órdenes de trabajo y documentación en ServiceTitan.

  • Fidelización y Prospección:
    Realizar seguimiento a clientes anteriores, estimaciones abiertas o prospectos de contratos de mantenimiento.

  • Promoción de Servicios:
    Promocionar planes de mantenimiento, accesorios o promociones estacionales cuando sea apropiado.

  • Identificación de Oportunidades:
    Identificar y señalar posibles oportunidades de venta para su seguimiento en ServiceTitan.

Soporte Administrativo:

  • Asistencia Flexible:
    Proporcionar soporte administrativo cuando el volumen de Servicio al Cliente y Despacho sea bajo.

  • Mantenimiento de Documentación:
    Mantener la documentación interna.

  • Entrada de Datos y Archivo Digital:
    Realizar entrada de datos, archivo digital y seguimiento de seguimientos.

  • Preparación de Informes:
    Preparar y revisar órdenes de compra o informes sencillos.

  • Gestión de Tareas y Comunicación:
    Utilizar herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Outlook y Planner, para gestionar tareas y la comunicación del equipo.

  • Calendarios Compartidos:
    Mantener calendarios, planes y recordatorios compartidos para tareas administrativas clave.
