Buscamos un/a Talent Development Manager experimentado/a y motivado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo.
La persona ideal para este rol será responsable de diseñar, implementar y gestionar programas de desarrollo para empleados, desde la incorporación hasta el crecimiento de liderazgo.
Trabajarás de manera proactiva para identificar necesidades de capacitación, medir la efectividad de los programas y asegurar que nuestro equipo tenga las herramientas para alcanzar su máximo potencial.
Responsabilidades Fundamental - Proyectos e Iniciativas de Talento: - Gestionar el programa de mentoría, desde la conexión de nuevos empleados con mentores hasta el análisis de encuestas para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Asistir en la planificación, logística y ejecución de eventos de reconocimiento para el personal, iniciativas de bienestar y otros programas de compromiso anuales.
- Métricas y Análisis: - Desarrollar y rastrear métricas para evaluar la efectividad e impacto de los programas de desarrollo de talento.
- Utilizar Qualtrics, Excel y otras herramientas para crear encuestas, analizar datos y preparar informes para el liderazgo senior.
- Presentar los hallazgos para respaldar la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Desarrollo y Capacitación: - Identificar y evaluar recursos de capacitación, recomendando soluciones rentables para mejorar los programas de desarrollo.
- Mejorar continuamente los programas existentes en función del feedback, métricas de rendimiento y las necesidades del negocio.
- Coordinar la logística y comunicación para iniciativas de desarrollo clave, como las evaluaciones de desempeño anuales, las revisiones de talento y la planificación de la sucesión.
Habilidades y Cualificaciones - Formación: Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Desarrollo Organizacional o un campo relacionado.
Se prefiere un máster o certificaciones relevantes.
- Experiencia: 2 a 3 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, Desarrollo de Talento, Aprendizaje y Desarrollo o un campo similar.
- Habilidades Técnicas: Sólida comprensión de los principios de aprendizaje para adultos, diseño instruccional y gestión de talento.
- Habilidades Interpersonales: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y la capacidad de influir y motivar a empleados de todos los niveles.
- Habilidades de Liderazgo: Fuerte liderazgo y habilidades de construcción de equipos.
- Orientación a Resultados: Enfoque proactivo para identificar y abordar las necesidades de desarrollo de talento.
