At Kyndryl, we’re looking for a DevOps Developer who’s ready to make an impact—automating processes, supporting technical operations, and enabling teams to work better, faster, and more securely.



**What you’ll do**



+ Support and troubleshoot: You’ll handle Level 1 technical support, resolve incidents, and monitor ticket flows to keep systems running smoothly.

+ Automate and build: You’ll develop low-complexity pipelines and tools that improve how we work.

+ Enable and guide: You’ll help define access roles and train teams on how to use DevOps tools effectively.

+ Linux, Bash, PowerShell

+ GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Groovy

+ Azure, Docker, APIs

+ Java or .NET fundamentals

+ Relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)

+ Security practices, code review, and Scrum

**Who You Are**



**Required Skills and Experience**



+ 1–2 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or related roles

+ Basic knowledge of Linux systems and scripting with Bash or PowerShell

+ Familiarity with GitHub Actions or Jenkins for automation and CI/CD workflows

+ Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure

+ Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server

+ Foundational programming skills in Java (Maven/Gradle) or .NET (Msbuild/PowerShell), with object-oriented principles



**Preferred Skills and Experience**



+ Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and API management concepts

+ Experience integrating tools such as Jira, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Checkmarx

+ Understanding of credential management tools like Azure Key Vault or Hashicorp Vault

+ Knowledge of security practices, code peer review, and SDLC metrics

+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and collaboration tools like Confluence
