H&C Construction Design and Build, a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is seeking a
WordPress Developer (Divi Specialist)
to join the Marketing & Sales department in our Lima office.
The position is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining the company's active websites in WordPress, ensuring functionality, SEO performance, and an optimal user experience.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing WordPress sites with Divi, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and marketing teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain active company websites using WordPress (Divi required, Elementor desirable).
- Design and customize responsive layouts that ensure functionality across devices.
- Implement and maintain on-page SEO best practices, including structure, metadata, and loading speed.
- Integrate forms, CRM connections (JobNimbus), and plugins to support marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize website performance and security.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for content updates and technical support.
- Maintain regular backups, updates, and integrations with relevant tools or extensions.
Qualifications
- Technical or university studies
in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of professional experience
working with WordPress.
- Proven experience with
Divi (required)

Elementor or Beaver Builder
is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in
HTML, CSS, and PHP
within the WordPress environment.
- Understanding of
SEO on-page
, web structure, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating CRM forms and managing plugins or extensions.
- Intermediate English level (B1–B2) – able to read, write, and communicate on technical topics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and commitment to deadlines.

Compensation & Terms
- Employment Type:
Full-Time, on-site (Lima, Peru).
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, aligned with EST hours.
- Monthly Salary:
PEN 3,000 – 4,000 gross
