Sobre el puesto:
La misión del área de Customer Support es materializar la propuesta de valor de Cabify ofreciendo para todas nuestras audiencias un servicio seguro, fiable y superior.

Para esto es necesario generar procesos de clientes de alto valor agregado de una forma eficiente y escalable.

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?

  • Guiar a los conductores postulantes a través del proceso de onboarding, brindando una experiencia clara, ágil y alineada a los estándares de calidad establecidos.

  • Gestionar el alta de conductores en los sistemas correspondientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos y procedimientos internos.

  • Velar por la calidad del servicio ofrecido a los conductores, cumpliendo con los SLA definidos para cada etapa del proceso.

  • Actualizar y regularizar la información personal y de cuentas de los conductores, garantizando la integridad y precisión de los datos registrados.

  • Proponer mejoras continuas para optimizar los procesos operativos y de atención al conductor.

  • Atender integralmente el proceso de afiliación, desde el front office y back office hasta la atención en campo, coordinando y supervisando acciones presenciales cuando sea necesario.

  • Gestionar la logística local para la entrega de incentivos, materiales y beneficios (perks) a los conductores.

  • Hacer seguimiento activo a cada lead, asegurando su correcta conversión a través de un monitoreo constante y eficaz.

Lo que estamos buscando:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente, brindando soluciones efectivas y generando experiencias positivas.

  • Estudios universitarios en curso (últimos ciclos) en Administración, Negocios o carreras afines.

  • Actitud de servicio sobresaliente, con genuino interés por ayudar y generar impacto en la experiencia del conductor.

  • Manejo intermedio de herramientas de Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), con capacidad para gestionar información y reportes básicos.

  • Persona orientada a resultados, proactiva y con alta capacidad de autogestión.
