La contratación es mediante planilla completa bajo el régimen general (se brindan todos los beneficios según la ley).
JORNADA LABORAL
* Es un trabajo 100% remoto.
* La jornada laboral sería de Lunes a Viernes de 8am a 5pm PST.
(10am a 7pm en Lima)

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests using Zendesk.
Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, document management, and internal communications.
Collaborate with team members using Slack and other internal tools.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer issues.
Support onboarding processes and internal coordination as needed.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
2 – 4 years of previous experience in customer service or administrative support rol.
Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
