Customer Service Job Opening In Pacific Remote Islands Marine National Monument – Now Hiring RS Consulting Group


Job description

About us:

Baltimore's go-to for real estate investment and property management with 10+ years of insight, delivering turnkey solutions from renovations to full-service management.

We're hiring a Weekends Maintenance Coordinator to manage utility setups/disconnections, billing, and owner communications for our growing portfolio.

Salary: $1,100 – $1,200 USD (monthly)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing maintenance requests for 300+ properties via phone, text, email, and ERP portal.

  • Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams.

    Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.

  • Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.

  • Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.

  • Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.

  • Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness.

  • Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail/accuracy.

  • Highly organized self-starter; able to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including a confident, professional phone presence.

  • Tech-savvy: proficient with Buildium, LeadSimple, Propertymeld, Google Drive, and Microsoft Access.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related role
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) required.

  • High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
  • Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

Setting: Remote

Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: S/.3, S/.4,075.00 per month
