Nos especializamos en ofrecer soluciones integrales a nuestros clientes en servicios de agenciamiento de aduanas, agenciamiento de carga internacional, servicio logístico integral, transporte local y nacional, almacenaje y distribución, a través de nuestras empresas relacionadas.

Brindamos un seguimiento completo de todas las operaciones de nuestros clientes.

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de personal para nuestra sede en Miraflores, en la vacante de Customer Service en
EXPORTACIÓN
Requisitos

  • Profesional técnico egresado o universitario de la carrera de Administración de Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Agente de Aduanas y/o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en operador logístico o agencia de carga.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Miraflores (Lima).

  • Manejo de SINTAD.

    (INDISPENSABLE)
  • Nivel de inglés: AVANZADO
  • Manejo de SENASA.

Funciones

  • Realizar la solicitud de tarifa y negociar líneas naviera, consolidadores y transporte.

  • Seguimiento de los embarques, asignación de equipos, roll over, disminución o aumento de unidades y cortes de la nave.

  • Generación de ROI en SINTAD y solicitud de Booking.

  • Coordinación y programación con transporte, almacén, cuadrilla y cliente para el SIL (retiro de vacío, llenado en plata e ingreso full a dt).

  • Solicitud de documentación del exportador y gestionar la revisión de DAM.

  • Envió de estatus y continuo seguimiento de la carga al agente u exportador.

  • Ingreso de instrucción de embarque y VGM acorde a los plazos de la línea naviera.

  • Solicitud de flete cliente a operaciones y completarlo en un plazo de 24HRS con su Tarifa compra / Tarifa venta / Liquidación.

  • Revisión de canal asignado (verde – naranja – rojo).

  • Revisar las facturas de las navieras para ver que este acorde a las negociaciones que se haya realizado.

  • Seguimiento a la liberación de BLs, siempre confirmando por el grupal WSP a fin de contar con autorización.

  • Seguimiento de retroalimentar el cuadro de Consignatarios de las exportaciones el cual se encuentra en TEAMS.

  • Enviar TRACKING de las cargas los días, (LUNES ,MIÉRCOLES y VIERNES) a los Clientes.

  • Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato.
