para liderar nuestro equipo de Activación.

Serás clave para impulsar nuestro funnel de conversión y aumentar el valor de cada cliente desde el primer día.

¿Cómo será tu día a día con nosotros?

Desde el primer día, estarás al frente de la estrategia de activación, trabajando junto a equipos multidisciplinares (Growth, Producto, Ventas y Customer Success) para optimizar el funnel desde el registro hasta la primera compra.

Así es como marcarás la diferencia:

Liderarás y desarrollarás un equipo de alto rendimiento enfocado en activación y conversión.

Diseñarás e implementarás estrategias de contacto personalizadas por email, push, in-app y más.

Analizarás el comportamiento de nuestros usuarios y ejecutarás mejoras basadas en datos.

Coordinarás experimentos y A/B tests para encontrar qué convierte y qué retiene.

Colaborarás con equipos clave para maximizar el valor del cliente y alinear objetivos.

Elaborarás reporting, dashboards e insights para mejorar la toma de decisiones.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Experiencia liderando funnels de conversión, lifecycle marketing y CRM.

Background en marketing digital, growth y comportamiento de usuario.

Capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en el análisis dedatos.

Dominio de herramientas como GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, Qlik o similares.

Habilidad para trabajar con múltiples canales y equipos a la vez.

Inglésfluido.
