Intern

RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES DEL CARGO OFRECIDO:

  • Documentar y actualizar procesos, manuales operativos y diagramas de flujo.

  • Analizar informes financieros y coordinar el envío de información a comercios (facturas y liquidaciones).

  • Gestionar incidencias, requerimientos y consultas de clientes, asegurando una atención efectiva y oportuna.

  • Registrar, clasificar y dar seguimiento a casos a través de software especializado de gestión de tickets (Zendesk).

  • Monitorear y dar seguimiento a tickets de servicio hasta su resolución, garantizando el cumplimiento de los SLA y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • REQUISITOS

  • - Formación:
    Estudiantes a partir de 7.º ciclo de las carreras de Finanzas, Economía, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería de Sistemas.

  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y análisis de datos).

  • Inglés intermedio (lectura de reportes y comunicación escrita).

  • Valorable: interés por la industria Fintech, Pagos Digitales y Customer Experience.
