Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth & Build Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients in the channel, acting as a trusted business advisor to drive mutual and sustainable growth.

  • Execute Commercial Strategy: Implement the company's commercial strategies at the point of sale, ensuring flawless execution of the 5Ps (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion, POP) and adherence to credit policies.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Sell-Out, inventory levels, distribution, and coverage to identify market opportunities and develop strategies for double-digit growth.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Negotiate and achieve monthly sales quotas (Sell-In & Sell-Out) for your assigned customers and territories.

  • Lead Business Reviews: Conduct monthly business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, monitor critical metrics, and co-create action plans for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, and/or Trade Marketing roles.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on field sales experience within the consumer goods (CPG/FMCG) industry.

  • Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2 Level or equivalent).

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

  • Previous experience working with other sales channels, such as Modern Trade (Supermarkets), Indirect Trade or Pharmacies.
