Key Responsibilities
:

  • Verify benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and
    manage health insurance claims
    via calls and web portals
  • Ensure compliance with the
    Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
    while executing all tasks
  • Conduct eligibility checks and confirm co-pays and coverage information.

  • Submit and follow up on prior authorizations.

  • Manage insurance claims lifecycle (submission, tracking, follow-ups).

  • Post payments from both patients and payers.

  • Efficiently navigate and utilize different systems to access, organize, and update patient electronic medical records, ensuring accurate and timely information management for patient care.

Requirements
:

  • At least 2 years of US Health Insurance experience.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom.
