We're Hiring: CRM & IT Support Specialist

At GOA-TECH, we're looking for a CRM & IT Support Specialist to join our fast-growing team.
This unique role blends CRM marketing automation expertise with help desk IT support, offering you the opportunity to contribute to both business operations and digital strategy.
What You'll Do
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Administer, configure, and optimize Zoho, HighLevel Marketing, and other CRM platforms.
- Design and manage automated marketing campaigns, focusing on lead nurturing, engagement, and conversions.
- Implement and manage Zapier integrations and other automation tools.
- Use analytics and reporting to provide insights that improve customer engagement and team productivity.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
IT & Help Desk Support
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, tools, and applications.
- Support security protocols, system updates, and basic cybersecurity tasks.
- Document and resolve technical inquiries efficiently.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of combined experience in CRM/marketing automation and IT help desk support.
- Proficiency in Zoho, HighLevel Marketing, Zapier, and cloud-based tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting IT systems (hardware/software/network).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual: English C1 level required; Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, or AMPscrip is a PLUS.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
