Coordinator Field Services Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Baker Hughes

As a Coordinator Field Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
  • Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries
  • Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out and be familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in way that is not aligned with the company SOP)
  • Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
  • Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support
  • Managing multiple or single products /services

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelors degree, college or high school Diploma.

    Mechanical and electrical engineering, and related petroleum fields is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in ESP and HPS systems
  • Experience in roles related to technical and commercial support for clients in the oil and gas sector
  • Have intermediate English skills
  • Good attitude and willingness to travel occasional.
