Coordinador de Pagos

El reto: Llevar el control y realizar los pagos semanales y gestionar al equipo que realiza el registro de las facturas, de las 29 empresas que gestionamos.

Responsabilidades y funciones:

Coordinar la programación de pagos mensuales.

Participar del cierre contable, mediante las regularizaciones requeridas del mes.

Controlar los pagos periódicos que tienen programación.

Revisar, validar y realizar los pagos semanales, en fondo y forma.

Revisar, validar y pagar las detracciones de los pagos de la semana de cada una de las empresas que gestionamos.

(códigos de detracción, razón social, tipos de cambio, etc).

Validación de los RH pagados, en caso cuenten o no con retención o suspensión.

Validar que los documentos pagados cuenten con los requisios formales y sustentos (facturas, OC, Guías de remisión, etc).

Realizar las gestiones ante Sunat de devoluciones o regularizaciones de detracciones pagadas.

Dar soporte a Contabilidad para la búsqueda de sustentos solicitados por auditorías contables o por fiscalizaciones.

Seguimiento a las actividades semanales del equipo que registra facturas de pago.

Coordinaciones con el Banco por operaciones realizadas a través de ellos.

Absolver consultas de proveedores nacionales y del extranjero.

Dar soporte inicial sobre el tratamiento contable de determinados gastos.

Requisitos

Formación académica: Bachiller en la carrera de Contabilidad (indispensable).

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones con responsabilidad similar.

Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio, como mínimo.

Idioma inglés a nivel intermedio.

Conocimientos del ERP Oracle.

Conocimientos tributarios.
