Responsibilities
Ensures Country's compliance with group Finance principles, statutory and tax requirements.
Coordinate, monitor and control the monthly accounting.
Coordinate finance audits and annual finance budget targets.
Close collaboration with business and services areas, finance group (Cluster Accounting, Tax and Controlling).
Ensures strong local internal control. Coordinate with the local team the financial statements under IFRS.
Monitor financial analysis (incl.
local investment approval) and support overall budgeting process. Monitor local banking relations under corporate/regional guidelines.
Support in financing and local cash management aligned with LATAM Cluster Head and Corporate.
Ensures compliance with local tax regulations and proposes to the LATAM Cluster management.
Support to implement approved tax, controlling and accounting optimization projects.
Manage and coordinate local team to ensure area's goals. Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economic Sciences. Relevant work experience (Min.3 years) in the Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Audit department in a multinational company. Experience as Responsible or Coordinator of Financial area. Communication and collaboration skills, teamwork, ability to work cross-functionally, work under challanges and in multilevel environments. (Desirable only) work experience in the F&A area or similar area (i.e.: business controlling). Desirable experience working in multinational companies reporting outside of Peru. Desirable SAP experience. Advanced oral skills in English and Spanish. Our Offer
