Job description

Importante empresa del rubro retail busca incorporar a un Coordinador de Ventas para fortalecer la gestión comercial en el canal tradicional.

El rol será responsable de coordinar, supervisar y ejecutar las actividades de venta en terreno, asegurando la correcta cobertura de clientes, el cumplimiento de metas comerciales y la eficiencia de los procesos del área.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar al equipo de vendedores y promover el cumplimiento de objetivos diarios y mensuales.

  • Supervisar las rutas comerciales, asegurando la correcta atención a clientes del canal tradicional.

  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño (sell in, sell out, cobertura, frecuencia de visita).

  • Ejecutar acciones promocionales y de trade marketing en conjunto con el área comercial.

  • Apoyar en la planificación de estrategias comerciales y análisis de resultados.



Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Técnico o profesional en Administración, Marketing o carreras afines.

  • Al menos 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas de terreno o coordinación comercial.

  • Experiencia comprobable en canal tradicional, distribución o retail.

  • Conocimiento en indicadores comerciales y manejo de Excel intermedio.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en terreno.
