Misión del rol:

Owner del proceso completo de contratación.

Vela por todos los KPIs de sus procesos, ofreciendo asesoría continua a los principales stakeholders de su gestión (clientes externos e internos, candidatos, equipo interno, etc.).

¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil?

  • Deseable mínimo 3 años de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección en perfiles de TI.

  • Carrera universitaria completa.

  • Sólidas habilidades en talent sourcing (boolean search como técnica principal) y diversas herramientas de reclutamiento (LinkedIn Recruiter, principalmente).

  • Experiencia trabajando con algún ATS, es un plus.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de reclutamiento acelerado y cambiante, impulsado por métricas y plazos.

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?

  • Liderar todos los procesos a cargo, asegurando una alta calidad en sus entregables al igual que un excelente manejo de sus tiempos.

  • Mantener y construir bases sanas de candidatos, a través de la investigación de mercado y la gestión continua.

  • Desarrollar una estrategia de reclutamiento creativa y dedicada para identificar candidatos pasivos y activos.

  • Asegurar de que se cumplan los objetivos semanales y mensuales de presentación y contratación.

  • Crear y actualizar todos los informes dentro de nuestro ATS, administrando toda la información de manera correcta y detallada.

  • Promover y llevar a cabo estrategias de búsqueda directa, a través de todos nuestros canales de reclutamiento, incluyendo redes sociales, bolsas de trabajo, motores de búsqueda, etc.
