Funciones:

  • Responder mensajes y comentarios en TikTok de manera ágil y creativa.

  • Gestionar consultas y pedidos a través de WhatsApp, página web y redes sociales.

  • Brindar atención al cliente personalizada y con enfoque en la venta.

  • Monitorear las interacciones en nuestra página web y resolver dudas en tiempo real.

  • Crear estrategias para aumentar el engagement y cerrar ventas en TikTok y otras plataformas.

  • Registrar las interacciones con clientes de forma organizada.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en manejo de redes sociales y plataformas web.

  • Excelente comunicación escrita y habilidades de persuasión.

  • Organización y capacidad de manejar varias tareas al mismo tiempo.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios flexibles.

  • Practicantes de 10mo ciclo o afines de carrera de Marketing, Publicidad y Comunicación digital.
