¿Cuáles serán tus principales retos y desafíos?

  • Gestionar quejas recibidas a través de los canales mencionados, asegurando una pronta resolución y coordinación con las tiendas para garantizar la entrega de pedidos, o derivando los casos a las áreas correspondientes.

  • Elaborar reportes semanales sobre las quejas y consultas recibidas a través de los canales de redes sociales.

  • Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a las quejas recibidas en el Libro de Reclamaciones de E-Commerce, en coordinación con el área de Servicio de Atención al Cliente (SAC), para garantizar la correcta resolución de los casos.

  • Brindar atención personalizada y comunicación directa a clientes específicos a través de inbox o DM cuando el caso lo requiera, asegurando una resolución eficaz y satisfactoria.

  • Llenar de manera precisa el reporte semanal de Reclamos RRSS multimarca en Google Drive, asegurando que todos los datos estén actualizados.

¿Qué necesitas para ser el próximo/a Community manager?

  • Egresado de las carreras de Comunicaciones, Ciencias Publicitarias, Marketing o carreras afines.

  • Gestión de quejas y reclamos Resolución de incidencias Manejo del Libro de Reclamaciones de E-Commerce.

  • Uso de Excel
  • Comunicación escrita y digital(buen nivel de redacción)
  • Experiencia 1 - 2 años como Community manager
