COMMUNITY MANAGER


Buscamos un Community Manager altamente calificado, con una pasión por la

comunicación digital y una sólida experiencia en la gestión de redes sociales, con un

énfasis particular en LinkedIn. La persona ideal será un estratega digital y un creador de contenido versátil, capaz de impulsar nuestra presencia online, generar engagement y apoyar los objetivos de negocio.

Valoramos enormemente la experiencia previa en empresas de consultoría en innovación y transformación digital, lo que le permitirá entender a fondo nuestro sector y sus audiencias.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

El Community Manager será responsable de la planificación, implementación y gestión de nuestra estrategia de marketing de contenidos en todas las plataformas digitales clave, con un foco estratégico en LinkedIn para la creación de marca y la generación de leads B2B.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

Desarrollo de Estrategia de Marketing Digital: Diseñar, desarrollar y ejecutar una

estrategia integral de marketing digital y de contenidos que alinee con los objetivos

de negocio de la empresa, prestando especial atención a la optimización para

LinkedIn.

Creación y Curación de Contenido: Generar contenido innovador y relevante en

diversos formatos:

Textual: Publicaciones, artículos, notas de prensa, descripciones atractivas.

Visual: Diseño de imágenes estáticas, infografías, carruseles.

Audiovisual: Creación y edición de videos cortos (reels), animaciones y otros

formatos dinámicos.

Análisis y Optimización: Monitorear el rendimiento de las publicaciones y campañas

utilizando herramientas analíticas.

Gestión de Marca Personal (Líderes): Apoyar la creación y amplificación de la marca

personal de los líderes y expertos de la empresa en LinkedIn.

CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES INDISPENSABLES

Marketing de Contenidos y Digital: Amplio conocimiento de las metodologías,

herramientas y mejores prácticas en marketing digital, SEO, SEM y marketing de

contenidos.

Dominio de LinkedIn: Experiencia probada en la gestión estratégica de perfiles de

empresa y personales en LinkedIn para networking B2B, generación de leads y

posicionamiento de marca.

Creación de Contenido Multimedia: Habilidad demostrada para crear contenido

visualmente atractivo y de alta calidad, incluyendo diseño gráfico y edición de video.

Comunicación Estratégica: Excelentes habilidades de redacción, ortografía y

gramática, con capacidad para adaptar el tono y el estilo a diferentes audiencias y

plataformas.

Analítica Social: Capacidad para interpretar datos, métricas y tendencias de

rendimiento para optimizar las estrategias.

Creatividad e Innovación: Capacidad para generar ideas frescas y originales,

adaptándose a las tendencias del mercado y del sector.

Orientación a Resultados: Enfoque proactivo para alcanzar objetivos de

engagement, crecimiento de audiencia y soporte a la generación de oportunidades

de negocio.

Experiencia Sectorial: Preferiblemente, experiencia previa trabajando con empresas

o proyectos relacionados con consultoría en innovación, tecnología, o transformación

digital.

HERRAMIENTAS CLAVE QUE DEBE MANEJAR

Diseño Gráfico:

Canva (nivel avanzado para producción rápida y profesional).

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) es un gran plus.

Otras herramientas (deseable).

Edición de Video:

CapCut, InShot, DaVinci Resolve (para videos cortos y reels).

Adobe Premiere Pro (conocimiento es un plus).

Analítica:
