Job description

Gestionar la presencia online de la agencia y de sus clientes, fomentar una comunidad activa, fortalecer la relación directa con los consumidores y crear experiencias únicas que resuenen de manera profunda con el público, siguiendo la filosofía BTL.

El candidato ideal deberá tener un enfoque particular en el ámbito BTL y Agencias (no excluyente)

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar, crear y publicar contenido de manera regular en plataformas como Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., de acuerdo con la estrategia de comunicación de la marca.

  • Interactuar con los seguidores, responder preguntas, comentarios y gestionar la comunidad en línea.

    Además, medir el impacto de las campañas y las interacciones a través de métricas de engagement y otras herramientas analíticas.

  • Apoyar en la organización y promoción de eventos, activaciones y acciones de la agencia, utilizando plataformas digitales para aumentar el alcance de las campañas en línea.

  • Estar preparado para responder rápidamente a crisis en redes sociales, manteniendo una comunicación transparente y proactiva.

    Gestionar la imagen de la marca y mantener una reputación positiva en línea.

  • Trabajar junto a diseñadores, creativos, estrategas y otros miembros del equipo para alinear el mensaje online con las campañas BTL.

    Estar en constante comunicación con el cliente para ajustar las campañas según sus necesidades.

  • Diseñar y producir contenido atractivo y creativo (como publicaciones, imágenes, videos, infografías) que conecte con la audiencia de manera emocional, en línea con las activaciones BTL.

  • Estar al tanto de las últimas tendencias en redes sociales, marketing digital y BTL, adaptándolas a las necesidades de la agencia y sus clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica: Título universitario o en curso en Comunicación, Publicidad, Marketing Digital, o afines.

  • Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y manejo de múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en la gestión de redes sociales, preferiblemente en el ámbito BTL o agencias de marketing.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Manejo de plataformas como Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Insights, y otras herramientas de gestión de redes sociales y análisis de datos.

Competencias:

  • Habilidad para conectar con las personas de forma auténtica, saber escuchar y resolver inquietudes o críticas de manera proactiva y constructiva.

  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos al mismo tiempo, manteniendo la calidad y eficiencia, especialmente en períodos de alta actividad.

  • Comunicación y negociación.

  • Capacidad de liderazgo.

  • Adaptabilidad y rapidez.

  • Proactividad.
