Requisitos:

Experiencia en la gestión de redes sociales y la creación de contenido.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

Conocimiento profundo de las diversas plataformas de redes sociales y sus mejores prácticas.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.

Creatividad y pasión por las redes sociales.

Cursos extracurriculares de Marketing digital, Meta y Google Ads.

Manejar todas las redes sociales (Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google AdWords, Google Analytics).

Excelente ortografía, edición, redacción, gramática y criterio para revisión de contenidos y publicaciones en Redes Sociales (Indispensable).

Experiencia mínima de 1 año como Comunnity Manager y manejo de Facebook ADS – Google ADS.

Experiencia en desarrollo de campañas en redes sociales (Parrillas y estrategias de contenido y social media, audiovisuales, blogs, comunicación digital, generación de contenidos y creación de piezas gráficas).

Conocimientos de comunicación y persuasión, creatividad, organización y planificación.

Conocimientos básicos en programas de Diseño Gráfico (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects) y conocimientos básicos fotografía y video.

Conocimiento en manejo de grilla de contenido.

Dominio de Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Metricool (medidas de datos), Canva u otras plataformas.

Manejo Word, Excel, Outlook indispensable

Edad: 24 años a 45 años

Con estudios técnico o universitario en Marketing, publicidad, Ciencias de la comunicación o afines

Horario: Lunes a viernes – 9 am – 18:00 hrs

Sabado 9 am – 13 hrs

Funciones

Generar leads de calidad a través de las redes sociales y, sobre todo, del fanPage.

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de redes sociales alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.

Crear y publicar contenido original y de alta calidad en diversas plataformas de redes sociales.

Gestionar y moderar las comunidades en línea, respondiendo a comentarios y preguntas de manera oportuna.

Monitorear y analizar las tendencias de las redes sociales, las métricas de rendimiento y los comentarios de la comunidad.

Colaborar con otros equipos para garantizar la coherencia de la marca en todos los canales de comunicación.

Impulsar la comunicación digital y tradicional para aumentar el tráfico de clientes potenciales según su objetivo en cada campaña y realizar conversiones.

Redactar y diseños de contenidos (Boletines, notas, post pautas publicitarias y parrilla de contenidos para redes sociales, concursos, etc).

Generar comunicación digital para establecer relaciones con la comunidad, prescriptores, clientes y usuarios interesados en nuestro servicio.

Generar reportes sobre la evolución de los canales sociales de la marca y analizar reportes sociales sobre la evolución de los contenidos en RRSS y de los competidores.

Hacer calendario editorial y matriz de contenido.

Crear campañas de marketing digital y reporte de resultados a gerencia.

Diseñar y publicar contenido creativo de alto impacto (Creación de banners - otros).

Estar al tanto de las tendencias digitales y del sector de belleza.

Mantener actualizada y activa nuestra comunidad de seguidores y clientes (sorteos, tips, otros).

Gestión de Crisis en las redes sociales.

Brindar referencias de diseños y apoyar al área de diseño gráfico en caso sea necesario.

Reportar incidencias en entornos digitales.

Realizar contenido pauteado y orgánico tanto en Meta como en Google ADS.

Desarrollar y ejecutar el calendario de contenidos mensual por marca.

Gestionar comunidades digitales: responder mensajes, fomentar interacción, fidelizar audiencias.

Monitorear indicadores de performance (alcance, engagement, crecimiento) y proponer mejoras.

Salario soles - S/.2,500.00 al mes (según experiencia y línea de carrera) – Pagos quincenales
