Descripción del rol:

Buscamos un(a) practicante comercial apasionado(a) por el crecimiento, los datos y la innovación en el mundo FoodTech.

Serás parte del equipo que impulsa las ventas de nuestros clientes, ayudándolos a maximizar su desempeño en plataformas de delivery mediante estrategias inteligentes y análisis continuo de resultados.

Trabajarás de la mano con el equipo de Key Account Management, combinando pensamiento estratégico, análisis de métricas y relación directa con marcas gastronómicas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Analizar el desempeño comercial de los restaurantes y proponer estrategias de mejora en ventas.

  • Monitorear indicadores clave (KPIs) y elaborar reportes de resultados y cierres mensuales.

  • Realizar benchmarking de la competencia y detectar oportunidades de crecimiento.

  • Apoyar en la gestión directa con clientes, resolviendo incidencias y asegurando una atención ágil y efectiva.

  • Contribuir con ideas para optimizar campañas, precios y visibilidad en plataformas de delivery.

  • Colaborar con las áreas de Operaciones, Data y Marketing para implementar planes de acción basados en datos.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante de 6to ciclo en adelante de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Economía o afines.

  • Interés por el sector gastronómico, comercial y de tecnología.

  • Manejo del paquete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel y PowerPoint).

  • Manejo de herramientas de Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc).

  • Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

  • Proactividad, pensamiento crítico y gusto por los retos.

  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis: Power BI (Deseable).
