Client Onboarding Specialist Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Confidential


Job description

Role OverviewThe Client Onboarding Specialist is a highly skilled professional in technology and training, responsible for integrating new users into our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customized software onboarding plans for new users.

  • Provide training and support to users throughout their onboarding process.

  • Collaborate closely with software development teams to fully understand product functionalities and features.

  • Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges users may encounter during onboarding.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English proficiency.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
