Lenovo is looking for a
Channel Operations Analyst
to support the execution of benefit programs for our business partners across Latin America.

Responsibilities:
- Track, validate, and reconcile inventory data submitted by internal commercial teams to define eligible products for program announcements.
- Create and manage benefit programs in internal systems, ensuring announcements are made within SLA.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in program documentation and processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on program execution and campaign progress.
- Collaborate with internal channel, finance, and operations teams to ensure budget alignment and smooth execution.
- Monitor and track extra-budget requests, ensuring proper approvals are in place.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations support, sales support, or channel/retail management (experience in tech or consumer electronics is a plus).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) to interact with regional and global teams is required.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, QlikSense, or channel management systems is a plus.
- We're looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to follow structured processes and deliver accurate results on time.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model.
