CAPACITADOR ATENCION AL CLIENTE - CROSS

FUNCIONES:

  • Incorporar a los nuevos colaboradores.

  • Producir material físico y digital.

  • Impartir refuerzos continuos
  • Realizar evaluaciones.

  • Control de indicadores de formación inicial y continuas
  • Cumplir con las políticas y lineamientos definidos.

  • Mantenerse informados.

HORARIOS:

  • De lunes a sábado de 7:00 a 20:00pm (48hr)- Flexibilidad

Requisitos:

  • Contar con estudios en curso o truncos Técnicos o Universitarios en Administración, Ingeniería industrial, Marketing, Comunicación o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses como formador o apoyo de formación
  • Manejar capacitaciones como mínimo, 20 personas en sala
  • Manejar el indicador de deserción en el rubro de call center
  • Conocimientos en herramientas virtuales de video conferencias, conocimiento de herramientas para la elaboración de material.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial en Lince
