Fundamental Requirements
- Native or near-native verbal/spoken English proficiency, with quick and clear communication
- Ability to handle outbound cold phone conversations that involve frequent rejection while maintaining quality performance
- Strong written communication skills, especially with sales messaging writing
- Data handling and Google Sheets proficiency

Ideal Profile
- Fluent in English at a near-native or native level, able to confidently hold professional phone conversations with U.S.-based executives
- 5+ years of experience making cold outbound B2B phone calls to U.S.-based decision makers, with strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to quickly and intelligently react to objections on the phone and effectively redirect prospects to desired goal of the campaign
- Strong written communicator with the ability to craft and personalize high-quality emails and LinkedIn messages at a native English level
- Highly organized, with strong skills in taking detailed notes, managing large amounts of data in Google Sheets/Excel to clean/organize contact data, and following well-defined workflows
- Quick and effective learner, capable of managing a heavy task load and multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lead and account lists is a plus

About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with the prospects of our clients on their behalf across the U.S. You'll play a key role by conducting outbound cold calls from our dialing software to executives across various industries, responding to inbound and outbound messages via email and LinkedIn, and setting up qualified meetings for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute cold outbound phone outreach campaigns via our dialing system/software
- Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S. prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Follow up on prospect interactions and coordinate internally to support the sales process
- Keep prospect and lead information updated and organized in our CRM system
- Prepare reports and summaries of outreach activities and meetings scheduled
- Put together lists of new prospects to hit and execute outreach in a self sufficient manner
- Monitor outreach timelines, follow-up sequences, and prospect responses
- Identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies and ensure a proactive, high-quality prospect experience
- Provide other needed support in client management (data mining, list cleaning, auditing, web scraping, etc.)
