Business Development Rep Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring TD SYNNEX

Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en desarrollo de negocios para unirse a nuestro equipo, enfocado en la marca Palo Alto Networks.

El candidato ideal debe tener un sólido conocimiento del mercado de ciberseguridad y habilidades técnicas que le permitan actuar como un enlace entre el equipo comercial y el técnico.

Responsabilidades Principales

Diseñar y Ejecutar Estrategias de Desarrollo:

  • Desarrollar estrategias para las soluciones de PANW, asegurando su implementación efectiva en el mercado.

Identificación y Desarrollo de Oportunidades:

  • Impulsar nuevas oportunidades de negocio tanto en canales tradicionales como a través de marketplaces en diversas plataformas de Cloud.

Ejecución de Planes Go-To-Market:

  • Colaborar con el Vendor Business Manager (VBM), el equipo de marketing y los partners para ejecutar planes de mercado.

Generación de Demanda:

  • Participar activamente en campañas comerciales, webinars, eventos y actividades de habilitación para incrementar la generación de demanda.

Acompañamiento Técnico-Comercial:

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico y comercial durante el ciclo de ventas, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de preventa.

Soporte Interno:

  • Actuar como apoyo interno al equipo de ventas, impulsando el crecimiento rentable de la cuota de mercado mediante la gestión de pipeline y el compromiso del cliente.

Entrenamiento y Capacitación:

  • Realizar entrenamientos para canales, equipo de ventas y preventas, promoviendo el conocimiento de productos y herramientas comerciales.

Gestión de Pipeline y Prospectos de Ventas:

  • Construir un pipeline preciso y detallado de negocios dentro del sistema CRM de la empresa.

Reportes Semanales:

  • Informar semanalmente al proveedor sobre la actividad de ventas y el rendimiento de actividades promocionales.

Identificación de Oportunidades de Capacitación:

  • Detectar y abordar oportunidades de capacitación dentro de los clientes y equipos de ventas internos.

Atención al Cliente:

  • Ser el punto de escalamiento para problemas de atención al cliente desde el piso de ventas.

Comunicación de Información de Productos:

  • Comunicar información sobre productos, precios, ofertas especiales y promociones a los clientes y equipos de ventas internos.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en desarrollo de negocios en el sector de ciberseguridad.

  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Familiaridad con soluciones de Palo Alto Networks y/o competidores relevantes.

  • Habilidades de Comunicación: Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con diferentes áreas de la organización.

  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio es deseable.
