Business Development Manager (Field Sales)

En Geodis, estamos en la búsqueda de un Business Development Manager (Field Sales) Perú altamente motivado, cuyo enfoque estará en identificar y captar nuevos clientes, potenciando nuestra presencia en el mercado de transporte y logística.

Este rol requiere una visión estratégica combinada con habilidades de ventas y negociación para asegurar el crecimiento continuo de la empresa.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio: Desarrollar una red de clientes potenciales a través de visitas y contactos estratégicos.

  • Cotizaciones, negociación y cierre de ventas: Definir y acordar términos con nuevos clientes, asegurando que las condiciones sean mutuamente beneficiosas.

  • Colaboración con equipos internos: Trabajar estrechamente con operaciones y otros departamentos para asegurar una experiencia de cliente fluida y de alta calidad.

  • Gestión de oportunidades en CRM: Mantener la información actualizada en CRM con datos de clientes, visitas, pipeline y oportunidades para maximizar la eficiencia en la gestión de ventas.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario o equivalente en áreas relacionadas con logística, comercio o administración.

  • Experiencia en ventas y desarrollo de negocio, preferentemente en transporte y logística internacional.

  • Conocimiento del mercado local e internacional, incluyendo aspectos financieros y de gestión de la cadena de suministro.

  • Competencia en Microsoft Office, con especial dominio de Excel.

  • Dominio avanzado de inglés.
