Business Development Manager B2B Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring KASHIO

En Kashio desarrollamos soluciones tecnológicas financieras (B2B SaaS) que permiten a las empresas automatizar sus procesos de pagos, cobranzas y conciliaciones bancarias, integrando medios de pago digitales de manera segura y escalable.

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un(a) Business Development Manager (BDM) que asuma el reto de liderar la expansión comercial de Kashio en Perú, identificando y cerrando oportunidades de negocio en pagos digitales, servicios financieros y automatización de cobranzas.

Este rol es ideal para perfiles hunter, estratégicos y con red de contactos corporativos, capaces de negociar con tomadores de decisión en industrias clave, y que deseen crecer dentro del ecosistema fintech latinoamericano.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar prospección masiva y estratégica en sectores como Ecommerce, Gambling, Financieras, Cajas Municipales, Cooperativas, billeteras digitales, Marketplaces, Transporte, Apps de delivery, Taxis, Educación y Telecomunicaciones.

  • Ejecutar investigación preliminar de prospectos, programar reuniones, identificar dolores y eventos críticos de decisión.

  • Elaborar y presentar propuestas comerciales por producto alineadas a las necesidades de cada prospecto.

  • Negociar y cerrar cuentas corporativas, asegurando cumplimiento de la cuota de adquisición y objetivos de desempeño.

  • Construir y mantener planes de cuenta actualizados en el CRM.

  • Coordinar con áreas internas (Producto, Operaciones, Cumplimiento, Tecnología, etc.) para garantizar el delivery de soluciones a clientes.

  • Desarrollar y sostener relacionamiento cercano con tomadores de decisión de clientes estratégicos.

  • Reportar avances, pipeline y métricas comerciales al área de Dirección Comercial.

Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Bachiller o titulado universitario en Administración, Ingeniería de Ventas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia laboral: mínimo 4 años en ventas B2B dentro de fintech, pagos digitales, pagos alternativos, Payins & Payouts, servicios financieros, tecnología de pagos o software de cobranzas.

  • Conocimientos técnicos obligatorios:
  • Metodologías y técnicas avanzadas de ventas.

  • Manejo de CRM y Office 365.

  • Excel a nivel intermedio/avanzado.

  • Red de contactos en sectores clave (Ecommerce, fintech, billeteras, educación, telecomunicaciones, etc.).

  • Competencias blandas:
  • Perfil hunter, proactivo y estratégico.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

  • Capacidad de negociación, persuasión y orientación a resultados.

  • Trabajo en equipo, compromiso y ambición de crecimiento.

Condiciones del puesto

  • Área: Comercial Corporativa.

  • Modalidad: Híbrida (Lima).

  • Jornada: Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
  • Beneficios: Sueldo fijo competitivo + comisiones por resultados + beneficios corporativos.
