Buscamos un/a Key Account Manager (KAM) para liderar la estrategia comercial en la industria minera

Propósito del Cargo

Como
Key Account Manager (KAM)
serás responsable de gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con cuentas clave en el sector minero.

Tu misión será impulsar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio, identificar oportunidades de mejora operativa y asegurar la fidelización de clientes a través de una propuesta de valor diferenciada.


Responsabilidades Clave

  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes estratégicos para clientes mineros de alto impacto.

  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisión en molienda, abastecimiento y operaciones.

  • Coordinar con equipos internos para asegurar una experiencia integral y eficaz.

  • Detectar oportunidades en medios de molienda y servicios asociados.

  • Presentar soluciones enfocadas en eficiencia, reducción de costos y mejora operativa.

  • Negociar contratos asegurando rentabilidad y posicionamiento estratégico.

  • Monitorear tendencias del sector minero y evaluar la competencia.

  • Generar reportes comerciales y proponer estrategias diferenciadoras.

  • Implementar herramientas de monitoreo y mejora continua junto a equipos técnicos.

  • Participar en pruebas industriales y brindar asesoría especializada en terreno.


Perfil que Buscamos

  • Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial, Metalúrgica o carrera afín.

  • Deseable especialización en ventas industriales, minería o gestión comercial.

  • +5 años en ventas B2B, preferentemente en minería o productos industriales.

  • Sólida experiencia en gestión de cuentas clave y negociación a gran escala.

  • Conocimiento en procesos de molienda (deseable).

  • Habilidades de negociación y venta estratégica.

  • Proactividad, autogestión y enfoque en resultados.

  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y networking en la industria minera.

  • Dominio de CRM y herramientas de análisis comercial.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en terreno y visitas a faenas mineras.
