Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Agent to join the operations of a leading global company, providing essential support in logistics and international services.

Responsibilities
Provide customer support by managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
Communicate in both English and Spanish depending on customer needs.
Maintain service level requirements (response time, call resolution, accuracy) and meet or exceed performance metrics.
Adhere to all eClerx policies, regulatory, safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Eligibility Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish—speaking, reading, and writing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center / customer service environment
Availability to work on site, 5 days per week on shifts ranging from 9 am to 12 am /48 hours.
High School completed, University or technical studies (completed, in progress).
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Strong multitasking abilities (e.g. talking on phone, entering data, pulling up information) and computer literacy (MS Office or equivalents).
Flexibility to work in various shifts (day, night, weekends, holidays)
