BDM (Display & LED Solutions)
This is a
strategic business
role focused on
driving large-scale projects for advanced visual display solutions
.
The product portfolio includes
LED displays, LCD video walls, digital signage, smart displays, and interactive whiteboards
for government, enterprise, retail, education, and broadcast markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience
winning complex B2B deals, managing high-value integrator relationships, and penetrating vertical markets
like control rooms, retail experience, and public installations.
Responsibilities:
1.
Business development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients (enterprises, integrators/SIs, distributors, government, education) in target markets.
- Generate opportunities through networking, trade shows, and partnerships with technology allies and distributors.
- Design market penetration strategies for key verticals (e.g., command & control, corporate, retail, hospitality).
2.
Key account management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic integrators (SIs) and high-priority clients.
- Strengthen and expand relationships via upselling/cross-selling display solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and aligning expectations.
3.
Strategy & execution:
- Lead contract negotiations and tender processes with new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of strategic clients and projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the display technology landscape.
4.
Reporting & analysis:
- Track pipelines, revenue projections, and profitability per account/client.
- Present results to management with clear metrics (e.g., revenue growth, account NPS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering
, or related fields.
- 5+ years in business development or sales
in the
display technology, LED solutions, video walls, or digital signage market
.
- Proven track record in
market expansion
and
securing large projects.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of
display products
: LED pitch, LCD video walls, interactive displays, and outdoor solutions.
- Strong
data analysis skills
to prioritize opportunities and territories.
- In-depth knowledge of
bidding processes
and
strategies to win contracts
.
- Exceptional
presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
.
- Advanced English
(technical and business proficiency).
- Proactive, results-driven
, and capable of working independently.
