Ubicación: San Isidro, Lima – Modalidad híbrida

Buscamos Representantes de Ventas B2B con mentalidad comercial, enfoque consultivo y ganas de crecer.

¿Qué harás?

  • Prospectar, contactar y afiliar nuevos comercios para ofrecer nuestro producto aCuotaz, una solución de financiamiento en punto de venta.

  • Presentar y negociar propuestas comerciales con dueños y gerentes de negocios.

  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con comercios afiliados, asegurando su satisfacción y el uso correcto de la plataforma.

  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento dentro de la red de comercios.

  • Colaborar con los equipos de producto, operaciones y soporte para resolver problemas y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

  • Registrar y dar seguimiento al pipeline en el CRM.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, desarrollo comercial o gestión de cuentas.

  • Excelente comunicación, capacidad de persuasión y habilidades de negociación.

  • Proactividad, autonomía y enfoque en resultados.

  • Interés genuino por fintech, innovación y tecnología.

  • Experiencia usando herramientas como CRM y Excel (nivel básico o intermedio).

  • Deseable: experiencia previa en ventas de servicios financieros, SaaS o tecnología.
