Auxiliar de servicio y atención al cliente /San Isidro

Somos un holding empresarial de origen peruano con más de 25 años de presencia en el mercado, tiene posiciones de liderazgo con fuertes ventajas competitivas en los sectores consumo masivo, retail, distribución, transporte, venta de hidrocarburos y construcción, maquila de productos; nos encontramos en búsqueda del mejor talento para el puesto de: AUXILIAR DE SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE

Requisitos

  1. Egresado de la carrera de administración o afines.

  2. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el puesto de preferencia en el rubro de consumo masivo / canal tradicional.

  3. Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.

Responsabilidades

  1. Dar respuesta oportuna a los clientes.

  2. Trabajar en coordinación con el equipo de recepción de las sedes norte chico, este, centro y sur para dar respuesta oportuna a los clientes.

  3. Supervisar el cumplimiento de los procesos internos vinculados a clientes del equipo de ventas y transporte.

  4. Registrar en la plataforma de llamadas los casos de las atenciones diarias.

  5. Realizar el seguimiento de los casos hasta su resolución completa.

  6. Presentar reporte mensual de los casos atendidos.

  7. Realizar las llamadas de corroboración de respuesta de los clientes y el consolidado de las acciones que se realicen.
