This full-time position (remote or hybrid, depending on the current location) plays a key role in coordinating, overseeing, and streamlining the end-to-end audit cycle, ensuring that all steps are completed on time and in full compliance with ALGI, client, and scheme requirements.

The main responsibilities for the candidate will be:
- Audit Cycle Coordination:
Create and manage audits in the ALGI Suite based on service agreements, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
- Scheduling & Communication:
Coordinate audit schedules, request and share required information with clients, auditees, auditors, and internal teams within 24 hours, and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
- Documentation Management:
Ensure all required forms and documents (e.g., SAQ, Audit Plan) are completed, validated, and submitted on time in accordance with scheme and Code of Conduct guidelines.
- Audit Execution Support:
Monitor audit progress from planning to post-audit activities, follow up on revisions, and ensure timely delivery of audit reports and verifications.
- Process Monitoring & Compliance:
Oversee audit cycle execution to ensure adherence to internal procedures and external requirements, including deadlines, quality criteria, and scheme guidelines.
- Data Monitoring & Reporting:
Support the analysis of audit trends and metrics, generating insights that contribute to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Operational Support:
Contribute to the optimization of logistics, resource allocation, and cost efficiency while supporting other operational activities as needed.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Ensure that all audit cycles are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Guarantee that all documentation and reporting are accurate, complete, and delivered within established time frames.
- Contribute to the monitoring and forecasting of key operational metrics and support ALGI's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Promote effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- University, technical, or master's degree in a field relevant to the position.
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in customer service, coordination, or operations roles, preferably in the
Corporate Social Responsibility
sector.
- Fluent in English
(reading, writing, and speaking) and local language.
